The account owner is the only person who can cancel the account. To cancel, go to the Dashboard and click on the “Account” tab. Once you are on the Account page, scroll to the section that says “Need to cancel your account?” Click the link that says, “Please cancel my account (I understand this is irreversible).”

Note: There is no undo for cancellation. Once your account is cancelled, all of the information in your account will be permanently deleted. This can not be reversed.
We believe in easy-on, easy-off service. If you need to cancel, just click the Account tab, scroll down a bit below the account chart, and you’ll see the cancellation section. Read the info, click the cancel link, confirm the cancellation, and your account will be cancelled.

If you’re on a pay plan you won’t be charged again, but you’re still responsible for your current billing period. We don’t issue refunds or prorate partial months.

Just click it, confirm it, and you’re canceled. You’ll never be billed again once you’ve canceled, but you are responsible for any outstanding charges or charges already incurred.
