The account owner can change the credit card used for monthly Basecamp billing by going to the Dashboard and clicking on the “Account” tab. Once on the Account screen, click the “Change or update our card” link in the grey box near the top of the screen.

Click the Account tab and then click the “change card” link at the top of the screen. Enter the new card details on the next screen and you’ll be all set.
